How to use:
Take 3 capsules twice daily. During training days, take a dose (3 capsules) with 340 ml water, 15 minutes before exercise and a dose (3 capsules) within 30 minutes after your workout. When you do not work out, take a dose (3 capsules) in the morning and another dose (3 capsules) in the afternoon. Because ArgiLean ® bypasses the digestive system, can be taken without distinction either on an empty stomach or with food.
